I am pleased to write a letter regarding our very successful partnership at the Sutton Place Hotel with Open Sundaes, the Dessert Inspired Bath and Body Products Company. We began our partnership in April of 2005 when we placed Open Sundaes products in our Suites and in our Gift Shop.  In the shop the products have been an excellent seller and a hit with our customers bringing many repeat customers.  We even receive telephone requests from visitors who have left Vancouver and would like to purchase more products. In May of 2006  we expanded the number of rooms that carry Open Sundaes products as an added feature for our guests in our 30 Premium Floor rooms. Not only do our guests love to use these fantastic products, the products also create lovely fragrances in the rooms and give them a lovely bright touch.  An added bonus is that many of our celebrity guests enjoy having Open Sundaes products in their rooms and for purchase in the Gift Shop as they know about Open Sundaes due to owner’s career as an actor and model. Having Open Sundaes products in the hotel has been a great revenue stream for both businesses.  As well the Open Sundaes has participated in every charity the hotel has brought to them.  It is a win-win situation for both parties. I was sold on becoming involved with OPEN SUNDAES when during some market research I was having dinner with my nieces over Xmas and asked them if they had heard of Open Sundaes. My niece , who is a professional woman living in Yaletown, immediately started telling me about the product and how it is the only product  she and her friends  use. I am absolutely in love with your products. I get so many compliments on how lovely I smell and people asking me what I am wearing that smells so good. They are shocked when I tell them it is only the cotton candy lotion and then even more shocked when I tell them the name of it. I am no longer addicted to sweet candy in my mouth, but sweet smells on me. I just think the entire concept is so cute and gives me and others I'm sure, that "I'm woth it" feel! This unique sugar scrub has the sweetest vanilla scent, the oil is moisturizing, and the fine texture sugar polishes my dry and sensitive skin. It also leaves a subtle aroma on my skin :) love the cute bear bottle as well, would definitely try more flavors of this!

Like many of you, I've always had an unending obsession with lip balms, keeping one at the ready in every purse, pocket, desk and nightstand. And since I also have a sweet tooth, the sweeter the balm, the better (Maybelline Kissing Potion and Rootbeer Lip Smackers, anyone?). Luckily, I've now got my hands on a new sweet treat to feed my decadent fixations: Open Sundaes Lip Toppings. The Vanilla Sundae flavor is just that - the delectable smell of swirls of vanilla ice cream glazed in chocolate sauce. It's a milky-white, pearly color in the tube, but when you put it on, it gives a lovely sheen and shimmer that's not too shiny and not at all sticky. You can wear it alone (as I like to do) or over any color and it's totally moisturizing. Also love the Cherry on Top flavor, a sheer cherry red that smells just as delectable. Yum!

I tried out the Open Sundaes Frothing Bath Mix White Cake. Wow is one thing I can say about this. It smells like a Vanilla Cake. I used as mention above. Got in the tub and it was so relaxing and smelled so awesome. The powder is wonderful. It is richly scented. It comes in a flour type bag and easy to use. The container is also sturdy enough to reuse over and over wrap and seal for your next bath. This powder has a nice soft consistency. It soaks in easily to skin and leaves a soft, smooth finish. It is really calming in the tub with bubbles and my skin was still lightly scented when i came out of the tub. A really nice relaxing bath treatment! The powder form is intensely beautiful and This is one luxury I will never live without. Did not dry out my skin which is such a plus.
This also comes in a Strawberry Short Cake too.

These Blue Hawaii and Sweet 16 Solid Bubble Bath are too cute. They look like little cupcakes and they look and smell good enough to eat. They both have a Vanilla scent in each The Sweet 16 smells just like Vanilla Cake. The Blue Hawaii I can really smell the coconut and Vanilla. Blue Hawaii made me remember being in Hawaii relaxing. Amazing scents both are so It's so warm and comforting. I love baths anytime of the year and when I can I take them. The cakes- I put them in the running water and by the time I was ready to get in the Tub there where so many bubbles. Best of all, the bubbles stay throughout the duration of the bath. I reached in the tub before I got in to feel the cake and it was really neat, it felt like a creamy cake with the top feeling like frosting and the bottom feeling like a cake that melted in to a relaxing Fragrant bath.They make the water soft and silky. And the scents wander blissfully through the bathroom as I bath. Not drying or irritating it leaves your skin feeling so silky and Moisturized. You don't feel all oily when you get out of the tub, instead you've got a light scent on and feel moisturized as well as relaxed! They are beautifully scented, skin-softening formulations. Also, I noticed that my skin was actually scented after I got out of the bath. When I used the first one Blue Hawaii- I was in the bath for a little while and my two year old walked in. I was so relaxed and enjoying a nice calm relaxing bath. But someone saw all the bubbles. And than I had company. We actually had a great time playing with all the bubbles. My 2 year old has 2 year old sensitive skin. What I really love is this bath did not irritate his skin at all and left his skin soft. He loved the smell and enjoyed the bath and I love the fact that his skin was soft and smooth afterward.

Pink Sugar Body Scrub is a very nice scrub. It has just the right amount of oil. The grains are perfect and the smell is great. The oils in the scrub do a great job moisturizing. It is nice for exfoliation and it is really nice that the scent is long lasting. It smells so wonderful, and even leaves my bathroom smelling great for hours. I love the fact that it is in a tube. I have sensitive skin and this hasn't irritated my skin. This leave my skin soft without being greasy or oily. Also used it without a glove and it didn't dry out my hands, which is great most tend to dry my hands out if I don't use a glove.

I was a bit surprised by the color of this Pink Sundae, Vanilla Sundae, Lemon Drop Lip Toppings. It makes my parched lips look nice and glossy. I could not get over the fantastic smell of this balm. For some reason I am smelling a bit of Lemon with vanilla!! This smells great! I love it and that it made my teeth look a bit whiter too!! Overall these are such nice Lip Toppings. To me all three have a vanilla scent and they left my lips pretty and moist all day long.

This is a true Vanilla Sundae scent. Vanilla Sundae Body Frosting Moisturizing Cream smells sweet and soft, not synthetic or plastic. It smells so realistic . This looks and smells exactly like fluffy whipped vanilla Frosting. I'm absolutely addicted to this fragrance. I can still smell it several hours after I first put it on. I like that it has shea butter in so it actually performs like a body butter should. It is moisturizing and not greasy or waxy ,very rich but not greasy at all. With it leaving behind a beautiful sheen of tone and hydration. I have a tub of the body butter, so it lasted a long time. And you don't need to use a lot either. I received a lot of compliments wearing it too! It's so soft in just one application The overall appearance in my skin, and the fact it smells so sweet is just an added bonus.

This candle smells amazing! My friends came over and thought I was baking something chocolatey. They were disappointed that I wasn't baking...but were thrilled when I gave each of them one of these yummy candles!

Your Lemon Drop Solid Bath Oil is a really fun, great product! I never use products like these when I have a bath, but I got one as a gift and decided to try it - a mini cupcake that zipped around the tub before dissolving into a yummy, moisturizing, lemony bath oil. It left my skin so soft. Very nice! And so cute.

I got this super new lip gloss "Lip Topping" as a gift the other day. I was suprised at how stunning it is!
Really fresh scent and taste (sorta minty) and BLUE!? go figure, makes my lips look and feel gorgeous and it lasts. I wear it alone and I wear it over red or pink lipstick. I am amazed!
I went to Open Sundaes the other day and got 2 more flavours. The Chocolate Soda (metalic brown) and the Lemon Drop (yellow one) the sales girl showed me how to layer them and told me how the colors work on their own or with a lipstick. They are so delicious and so fun!

I can not explain how incredible the Body Frosting is! I go through it like crazy...All my friends want to use it and I wont let them touch it.
Please open an Open Sundaes store in Toronto! We need your Yummy products.
I have 4 flavours of Body frosting all of them amazing! Caramel and Grapefruit are my favs! They are extremely rich and moisturizing and the smell is not overpowering but lasts all day.

Yummy heaven in my tub!
I only used half of this and when I got out of the tub my husband asked me what I was baking!
This is like a bath bomb/bubble bar combo. The suds are not huge but (then again I only used half of the bar in one bath the half in a another bath) it's enough to give me bubbles for 30 mins. To be honest I am not even sure it's suppose to be a bubble bar but I tried it anyways.

Baskin & Robbins in your tub! This smells just like their mint chocolate ice cream! As usual I only used half of the melt in each bath and that was enough to keep me smooth and silky. I can still smell it in my bathroom and I can't wait to buy another one.

I met you at the Home Show in Vancouver recently and my friend and I just thought you were such fun, so full of personality, you loved your employees, loved your products, were so genuinely excited about them, and I got a hand massage and bought some little bath bonbons, and just overall was impressed! i'd been to your store on Denman a few times, LOVED the pink paint on the walls, the decor and look of the store is impeccably put together, the theme is unmistakeable and such fun and so unique, so I was very pleased to meet you. I tried the bath bonbons and they were INCREDIBLE, my skin felt so soft, during the bath and after, they smell amazing and have scented my entire apartment beautifully, and reading the ingredients, i see the quality in them and understand the pricing more. When I first went in to your store last year, everything seemed expensive to me, but having tried the products and knowing how they're made, i now know i'm paying for quality, and i'm willing to pay for it!

I just bought more bonbons, a small chocolate hand frosting to try (that's what she massaged my hands with at the home show and i loved the scent!) and the strawberry shortcake foaming bath mix that comes in a bag--which also smells amazing and softens your skin beautifully!
