Please note the following Wholesale Terms:
1. All orders must be prepaid by Credit card, American Express, Bank Draft, or Money Order. Cheques are not accepted. For Money Orders and Bank Drafts, we will hold you order until we receive and process the Money Order / Bank Draft in our office.
2. First wholesale minimum order is $500, minimum re-orders are $250.
3. We try to ship all wholesale orders within 2-5 business days. We will make our best effort to ship orders as soon as possible. For shipping in Canada, expect 1 - 2 weeks delivery time. For shipping to the States, expect 2 - 4 weeks delivery time.
4. Shipping is paid by the buyer and is charged at cost.
5. Backorder shipping is paid by the buyer.
6. Any back order under $75 is canceled and will need to be re-ordered.
7.All wholesale orders must be faxed or emailed, and are not done over the phone.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, first wholesale order must be $500 or more. Minimum re-orders are $250.
Why can't I order by phone?
As we receive large volume orders on a frequent basis, we have set a system in place for all orders to be faxed and emailed to the correct department for processing. All orders are processed in sequence, and we try to ship out the orders within 2-5 business days of receiving the order.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
The prices you see in the Wholesale Order Form (in the download section) is the bulk discount.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payment.
Why do I have to pay up-front for my first order?
We require pre-payment for a first time order to protect ourselves against theft as well as to build credit for a customer.
Can I use a money order / bank draft for my order?
Yes you may, just as long as you realize we will hold the order until we receive and process the money order / bank draft in our office.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However keep in mind that all duties, taxes and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and we require pre-payment by credit card to be received in-house before we ship your order to you.For wholesale orders, shipping charges shown at the time the order is placed is an estimate. Actual shipping charges will be recalculated at the time the order is processed.
Do I pay shipping for backorders / out of stock items?
Yes. If your order consists of items that are on back order, then you still pay shipping when it comes in.
Why do I have to pay for shipping?
We do not incorporate the cost of shipping into the price of our products like a lot of companies who offer free shipping do. We DO NOT make money on shipping. We charge you what it costs us to ship the product and in most cases we do not charge the full amount. .
What is your return policy?
All refunds have to be authorized by Open Sundaes Customer service. Returns are only permitted if the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of your order date to let us know and make arrangements to return your order. The defective product must be sent back to the head office for inspection. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us first. Customer is responsible for shipping the order back to Open Sundaes and for paying the shipping cost. Returned items will be credited to the customer's account only if reported within 14 days of the order being received. Please allow up to 21 days for our customer care agent to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-733-3357 or by email regarding refunds.
How long does it take to get my order?
How long it takes to get your order depends on where you are located. Canadian shipments take 1-2 weeks. US shipments take 2-4 weeks to receive depending on what part of the country we are shipping to and how large the order is. Ask one of our customer service representatives for more details and or a tracking number when you place your order.
